how to order
 
All items offered on our Web site are subject to availability. If you order an item, which is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 working days of your order being placed. We will advise you at that point the likely time scale for the delay, you can then advise us if you wish to cancel the order or wait for the stock.

Your order will only be accepted if you are over 18 and from the UK.
Any overseas orders will be subject to availability.
In order to maintain security we will carry out both manual and electronic security checking on all orders. We may contact you for further information.
what is your returns & refunds policy?
 
All products come with a 12 months manufacturers warranty. All faulty phones have to be sent direct to the manufacturer for repair.
We only accept the return of phones if they are returned within 14 days, and are with their original packaging and battery and charger.
All phones that are returned must be in immaculate condition i.e. no scathes or marks, returned in the condition they were received.
Faulty phones returned within 14 days will be replaced.
how do you deliver my stuff?
 
All parcels are delivered by the Royal Mail service.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is only available in mainland UK (Monday - Saturday) and Northern Ireland (Monday - Friday). All goods will be sent by Recorded 'Signed For' Delivery in the UK only.
Prices for delivery for outside the UK are weight dependant, so please place your order and we will confirm postage costs with you by email.
Upon authorisation of cleared funds, we will deliver your goods within 7-10 working days. For Out of Stock Items, we will notify delivery times by email.
Parcels sent to remote parts of the UK may take a little longer.
All items will require a Signature on receipt.
We use Recorded Post or Special Delivery service.

what happens if I miss the delivery?
  If the courier tried to deliver but there was no answer, they will leave a card for you asking you to contact your Post Office to rearrange delivery. You will have 5 days to collect your phone from the local sorting office.
my stuff didn't arrive - what do I do?
  If the delivery deadline has passed. please call us on:
0870 241 8750 so that we can look into the problem and organise a new delivery date.
