All products come with a 12 months manufacturers warranty. All faulty phones have to be sent direct to the manufacturer for repair. |

accept the return of phones if they are returned within
14 days, and are with their original packaging and battery
and charger. |

that are returned must be in immaculate condition i.e.
no scathes or marks, returned in the condition they were
received. |

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is only available in mainland UK (Monday - Saturday) and Northern Ireland (Monday - Friday). All goods will be sent by Recorded 'Signed For' Delivery in the UK only. |

Prices for delivery for outside the UK are weight dependant, so please place your order and we will confirm postage costs with you by email. |

Upon authorisation of cleared funds, we will deliver your goods within 7-10 working days. For Out of Stock Items, we will notify delivery times by email. |
